A great app for Gratitude

It’s called the Gratitude app and it has become a favourite daily ritual. There’s a daily Zen card or two, a place for affirmations and a place to write what you are grateful for today. Even on the worst day, you are at least alive and while you’re still alive there’s still hope.

Today’s Zen: “You don’t need the world to understand you. It’s fine. Some people will never really understand things they haven’t experienced. Some will. Be grateful.”
– Matt Haig

An affirmation: I forgive those who have harmed me in my past and peacefully detach from them.

A gratitude entry: I am just so grateful for another beautiful day on this beautiful planet.

I hope this helps.

Hang in there, you’ve got this.
